SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms describe how Kingpin Labs uses text messaging to communicate with you. By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Kingpin Labs sends SMS messages for the following purposes only:

  • Confirming appointments or callbacks you have scheduled with us
  • Following up on service inquiries you submitted through our contact form
  • Providing information you specifically requested from us during a prior phone call, form submission, or email exchange

We do not send marketing messages, promotional offers, or any communication you did not specifically request.

How to opt in

You opt in to receive SMS from Kingpin Labs by completing the following steps on our contact form:

  1. Enter your name, email address, and mobile phone number into the form
  2. Describe how we can help you in the message field
  3. Check the SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default
  4. Click the Send message button to submit the form

The consent checkbox reads: “I agree to receive SMS messages from Kingpin Labs at the phone number I provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.”

You must affirmatively check this box for your opt-in to be valid. Submitting the form without checking the box does not enroll you in SMS messaging.

How to opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — all are honored.

After you opt out, we will send one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out and will not send you any further SMS messages unless you opt in again through the contact form.

Reply HELP or INFO to any SMS we send and you will receive a message with our contact information and a link to these terms. You can also email us at al_style@live.com for assistance.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your inquiry. Typical volume is fewer than five messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier fees are set by your mobile provider; Kingpin Labs does not charge for SMS messages.

Supported carriers

Our SMS service works with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint, as well as most U.S. regional carriers. We do not guarantee delivery on any specific carrier; carrier-level delivery issues are outside our control.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
